Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Program Believe website at program-believe.com ("Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, donors, and others who access or use the Site.

Program Believe, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Biloxi, Mississippi. We provide educational programs, immigration legal services, and community support to the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Nothing on this Site constitutes formal legal advice or establishes an attorney-client relationship.

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable federal, state, or local laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or our systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material
• Impersonate Program Believe or any of its staff, volunteers, or partners
• Submit false or misleading information through any form on the Site

Our Adult Literacy classes are offered at $50 per class, per semester. By enrolling and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Program Believe does not store your payment card details.
• Enrollment fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except in cases where Program Believe cancels a class section.
• Enrollment is subject to availability. Program Believe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes and will notify enrolled students by email.
• Providing false information during enrollment may result in removal from the program without a refund.

All donations made through this Site are voluntary and are processed securely via Stripe. Donations to Program Believe are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law under our 501(c)(3) status.

Donations are non-refundable once processed. If you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us at Info@program-believe.com within 5 business days.

Immigration legal services appointments are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. By booking an appointment, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Notify Program Believe as soon as possible if you cannot attend your appointment
• Understand that services provided are general legal assistance and do not constitute formal legal representation unless a separate written agreement is signed

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Program Believe, Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. Program Believe does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content or practices of any third-party sites.

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Program Believe does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal advice. For immigration-specific legal guidance, please book an appointment with our team.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Program Believe, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this Site or our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid to Program Believe in the 30 days prior to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Mississippi, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Harrison County, Mississippi.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Program Believe uses text messaging (SMS) to send appointment reminders, program updates, and service notifications. Our SMS program is operated through Twilio.

• Opt-In: You will only receive text messages if you affirmatively opt in — by checking the SMS consent box on a form where you provide your phone number, by giving verbal or written consent to our staff in person, or by texting us first. The consent checkbox is never pre-checked, is separate from our email signup and from acceptance of these Terms, and is never required to enroll, book an appointment, or complete a purchase.
• Message Content: Appointment confirmations and reminders, class and enrollment updates, waitlist openings, and occasional program announcements.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Program Believe does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Opt-Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts. You may also opt out by emailing Info@program-believe.com or calling (228) 222-5593.
• Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at the email or phone number above.
• Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: We never sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
