Basic Computer Class

In this class you will learn the ins and outs of a computer and how to use it for everyday tasks.

  • Turning on a computer, using a mouse and keyboard with confidence
  • Creating and organizing files, folders and documents
  • Sending email, browsing the internet safely and filling out online forms
  • Practice time on our classroom computers — no device required

Students will learn how to speak and write basic English.

  • Everyday vocabulary for work, school, shopping and appointments

This class will test your knowledge on everything learned in ELL Basic, as well as your abilities to write and speak in English.

  • Longer conversations, presentations and pronunciation work

  • Reading comprehension with real-world documents
  • Recommended after completing Basic ELL or with intermediate English
